Mike O’Donoghue’s BERA winning poster

September 18, 2012 2 comments

Congratulations to Mike, whose poster at the recent BERA conference at the University was judged to be the winning poster. Mike was presented with the prize for this by Prof. Mary James, now the previous chair of BERA, on the last afternoon of the conference. The poster was based on Mike’s research work into video for teaching and learning. You can see the poster up close by room (C2.9 in the Ellen Wilkinson building) if you’d like to.

Applications for 2012-13 can still be taken

September 10, 2012 Leave a comment

…. as long as you make an application this week (by 14th September 2012). Please bear in mind that if you need a visa to enter the UK it is very unlikely you would secure this in time for the start of the year so unfortunately you will now be looking at entry in 2013-14.

However, if you want to study on the MA: DTCE at a distance – or if you are a home/EU student who does not need a visa to enter the UK – then we still have places available on the course.
